The man behind the curtain, Russell, is the one who masterfully translates Mike's ambitious visions into tangible successes. His passion for helping others is a driving force, demonstrated by his active involvement with numerous nonprofit boards.
When the board's ideas get big, Steve ensures they're grounded in fiscal reality. He’s known for being tight with the wallet, but it's his strategic financial discipline—honed over decades of leadership in the United States Navy Exchange System—that allows the team to do a lot with a little. When he's not busy making every dollar count, he's creating masterful, one-of-a-kind awards for trail races.
